I recently downloaded a pirated version of MS Office 2010 because I did a HD reformat several months ago that wiped out my limited version and I didn't realize the software was not on the system restore disk. I was somewhat hesitant about running the program to unlock program but my wife needed a MS word for something at work.

I already had Avast and Spybot S&D on my computer at the time, but a friend suggested that I run Malwarebytes as well. I have Avast and Spybot set up to automatically run updates and scan on a daily basis and none of these turn up anything.

What has happened twice on bootup is malwarebytes finds this "C:\Windows\Keygen.exe RiskWare.Tool.CK" and quarantines it.

Is this something I should be worried about? If so I will go through your process of cleaning but I wanted your opinion before I do all that.
