Cloudy monitor when first opened

I have an acer X183H monitor and when first turned on the screen is completely cloudy. I have to wait 3-4 minutes for it to clear up.

About 1 1/2 years old. Started about 3 months ago.

Should still be under warranty. Contact ACER.
