CMOS/GPNV Checksum bad

  1. I get the error "CMOS/GPNV Checksum bad" and get CMOS Settings wrong on startup with choice F1 for go to Setup F2 to load default settigngs.
    I changed the battery few times,changed PSU and Ram and still get problem. All settings for Hard drive are correct. Why am i still getting this error and loose my time and date?
    Board: ECS L7VMM3
    CPU: Socket A Athlon Pro 3200A
    Ram: 512MB DDR
    HDD: 80GB WD
    1 CDRW Drive
    1 DVD Rom Drive
    1 Floppy Drive
    300Watt Psu
