ColdFusion Server not uninstalling cleanly

Ever since I installed Cold Fusion Server I noticed my computer a little slower and more problems. I checked the system logs and even though I uninstalled it I get messages like this

go to Control Panel->Internet Options
On the General TAB look for SEARCH; click Settings
disable or remove all items
