Attached is my ComboFix log file. I'm not sure how to read it and my computer is infected with some virus/trojan. Any help is reallllly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Combofix should never be run unless you are specifically told to run it by someone helping you- usually cleaning malware.
I suggest you uninstall Combofix and start at the beginning:
To uninstall ComboFix.exe And all Backups of files that it deleted
Once done, if you would like help with malware cleaning, please follow these steps for Virus and Malware Removal.
You have at lease a PAV- Personal Antivirus- infection. Attach the three logs from the programs in the steps. We will assist you in removing the malware.
Please do not run any other programs at this time unless instructed.
I suggest you uninstall Combofix and start at the beginning:

- Click START> RUN
- Type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.
- When shown the disclaimer, Select "2"
