Comp crashing

  1. my computer keeps crashing randomly. the OS is Windows xp sp3. i have been trying to fix it for a couple days now and nothings been working this is the error code i get when it restarts
    bccode :1000007f bcp1 : 0000000D bcp2 : 00000000 bcp3 : 00000000 bcp4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 256_1

    itll restart after it crashes by it self.

    it says something about mini dump file..
    C:\DOCUME~1\Tyler\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER287c.dir00\ mini dump.. i dont remember the rest. and the other ones the same but at the end it has sysdata.xml
    everytime it crashes the WER.. part will change. please help thank you in advanced.

    heres the exact files C:\DOCUME~1\Tyler\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WER2938.dir00\Mini101208-05.dmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\Tyler\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WER2938.dir00\sysdata.xml
    my computer just crashed so i was able to write them down.

    0x7F errors can be caused by a myriad of issues including both hardware and software but the problem is that finding out exactly what is the cause takes some work.

    So please read this link http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic51365.html read and follow the directions.
