I suggest using system internals . They have tools to monitor the network.

Support from mflynn of a case with network problems. See what tools were used and scripts used.

I believe one of the script files extracts info from a command prompt window that are the results from commands such as >> netstat -abno and netsh, and others. Sometimes corrections are added in subsequent messages.

The 'storage & networking' forum has more visiblity for this aspect of your problem.

I quote your reply for another specialist to address this concern. They will callout a stronger scanner.

AVG AV 7.5 is about to have support discontinued. AVG AS may not be far behind heading in the same direction. Additionally, I am not familiar with Avast. If these applications overlap, be alert for interference.
