Can the stuff im getting suggested be AMD based because I am going to go with them this time.. Yes I know that everybody has there differences but I want to try AMD out and see how there products are and if I dont like them I will switch to intel in my next build...

Why if something gives you better value? I seriously dont get the logic here my friend, do what you want but we are here to get you the most for your money. AMD is mainly for budget oriented builders, extremists put in the extra money for intel (a i7 is the same price basically as a 8core amd and performs better)

Well... you have seen a lot of input here.
I have built two rigs in the last 6 months, one amd and one intel.
    Here are my $0.02 worth...

A lot of others here have built a lot more. But, my observations...

This mid tower case has a bottom mount configuration for the psu.
I just did a build, using a similarly configured case from Thermaltake. (slightly better price).
I have found this configuration can offer a couple of difficulties, which may or may not apply for you.

First, it may crowd you between the bottom of the board and the psu,
meaning you may be limited as to what you can use (if anything) in the slots at that end of the board.
Seeing that this is a gaming board, you may be looking at SLI someday?
If so, then think this build carefully!
Also, watch your card length as compared to the internal space available!
Read the specs... the information should be there.

Second, depending on your board and your psu,
you may find you need an extender for your cpu power cable,
in order to have decent cable management.
I believe this will be the case with this motherboard you have selected.

Your motherboard selection is a very pricey mb, especially for an AMD build.
It may have features you especially like.
I notice it does have usb3, as well as the 6gb Sata. These are good.
You are aware that 6gb SATA is really only useful for certain things?
And I only see one on board header for Front Panel USB3.
Didn't read the specs, just looked at the board.
My Gigabyte board cost less, and had two USB3 headers.

As for the so-called 6gb SATA3 Hard drive,
I really doubt you will get any better data rates than on SATA2.
A higher rpm drive may do better. Others will have a better idea on this.
SATA3 will shine with an SSD, otherwise... only slight advantages (SO FAR)

For my money the Rosewill is not the best choice for a psu.
I would prefer taking some money out of the board, and put a little more in here.
I would suggest something like Corsair's AX or HX series.
OR Seasonic. I would prefer the Gold series, but would not be afraid of SS-750AM.
Others will be able to tell you techy reasons why.

As for your CPU selection, it is really odd, in my opinion, with this pricey motherboard.
I would think that you would be happier, long run, with for example...
    i5-3570K @ $229 and GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H @ $179.
You can get a bundle deal on them, at Microcenter
    i5-3570K @ $190 and GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H @ $140
For my money a much better deal (better price AND performance) than the
    AMD FX-4100 @ 105 and the Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z @ $280

Unless you intend to overclock, imo, the cooler is overkill.
The stock coolers are fully adequate for normal use, with either the FX-4100 or the i5-3570.
Also, I have found noise levels perfectly acceptable.

I hope you might find something helpful here.
I decided just to read your list, and then offer my thoughts, without reading everyone else's comments first.
So, sorry if there is duplication.

Yes I see unknown... I will go with intel, I was just confused out of 4 people give me different things sorry about that... ok so now what I need for the intel build is an i5-3570K and a motherboard, I guess I could go for the board B00kworm mentioned unless one of you says differently.. I am going to go with this powersupply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151088 is that ok? I decided to go with a lower wattage also. OK here is what I have now with the parts aspect http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Ikfc

That looks like an excellent build IMO.

Definitely a nice build. You will enjoy that mouse! I currently use one and I don't think I'll ever use a different one. Excellent for MMO's and raiding.
