hi, im a new member and ive had a really bad computer problem this year. When i open my computer, it loads normally up until the black windows loading screen pops up. It stays on it for ages and doesn't load, after about 2-3 minutes it automatically restarts and the problem starts all over again. I've tried all the booting options (e.g. safe mode) and i have also formatted my computer 3 times in 6 months. As you can probably work out, it has happened this year on about once every 2 months this year. I've had this problem once before but it has never repeated since now. I have also tried system restore, but it does not seem to work. I have also checked if my computer is overheating, and it doesn't seem to be the case as there is no dust in my fans or anywhere else inside the computer. Can anyone offer me some help please?
