Computer Crashes - Mini081608-01.dmp and sysdata.xml errors

Hey just seeing if anyone can give me any further advice here. While playing some video games my computer has been crashing recently. I'm getting the Mini081608-01.dmp and sysdata.xml errors. I've tried updating, rolling back, and cleaning the drivers to no avail. I've done all the anti-virus scans as well as other spyware, trojans, worms, etc. scans. The video card is an ATI Radeon 9600 Series. I'm pretty sure the video card is just done, but I was hoping someone might know something I've missed. Thanks in advance!
