Computer crashing when playing games...

Hey everyone,
So my computer is crashing randomly when I play games. At first I thought it might be a memory problem, so I ran Windows memory diagnostic and isolated a problem with one of my memory sticks. I took it out and it helped a lot, but doesn't eliminate the problem, just delays it. I then ran memtest and had no errors in the remaining memory stick. All drivers are up to date, and here are my specs:
HP Pavilion dv2415nr (notebook)
2GB PC2-5300 (now running 1GB)
GeForce Go 6150, shared VRAM
160GB hard drive
1.8 ghz AMD Turion 64x2 Processor
Windows Vista 32 bit

I know the graphics card is not really a gaming card, but I have been able to play World of Warcraft with about 25 fps consistently until this problem showed up.

The crash is always the same type of crash, the screen freezes into diagonal lines of random color that represents whatever the screen was displaying at the time.

Try different drivers (newer isn't always better). Check that you aren't overheating (blow out whatever you can with canned air).
