    Hello.

I am having a bit of a problem with my computer. My computer won't boot up. When I press the power button I see the Power light come on but nothing else happens. I look on my motherboard and I see the Motherboard Light is on so I know I have power. I get no video or beeping,, so I am thinking it must be my motherboard!! Any help would be appreciated!!

try taking out your cmos battery for a while, and disconnecting all your internal and external hardware, such as cpu, memory, hard drives, etc. if that doesnt work, it might be the processor.

Are you sure the light you see is the power lite, or the 3.3v standby power light

There are 2 Lights that go on. 1 the outside of the case that is the power light and the other is a red light on the motherboad

OK well can you give a rundown of your system specs. The make and model mobo, CPU, GPU. HD's, memory size and type, PSU, OS, etc.

Any specifics surrounding when this happened?

Of course if anything was done to hardware recently, undo that. Reset CMOS should help.
Then I would try booting up with only the mobo/CPU/RAM/Video.

Lastly, if the power light is on but nothing happens. Maybe it went to hibernate and can't come out of it?
You could try removing some RAM and see what it does.
