Computer freezes when switching to another user profile

When switching to another user profile, the computer freezes a majority of the time. Is there a reason for this? Any info would be helpful! Also, that user can not log into secured sights all of a sudden. I checked the Internet Options/Security tab, and they are all set on default levels.
