Does it work fine if you disable everything in msconfig?

I'm a bit lost as to what you are doing and what is happening. Can we clarify?

There are two diagnostic modes available - SAFE MODE and CLEAN BOOT.

SAFE MODE is 'deepest' - using the least software to enable a basic Windows system. For more information see:
    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2304-boot-into-safe-mode-windows-10-a.html

CLEAN BOOT can be set to run just Microsoft software and drivers and offers a method to control other software. Information about using this is here: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials...ndows-10-troubleshoot-software-conflicts.html

Both of these offer networking. Both of these require ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS.

You said "Usually freezes after I sign in and it ends up on desktop" - which I wish you could detail further....
    - boot machine
    - POST is "ok"
    - windows starts
    - select user
    - enter user password
    - ???
