Computer has been infected with spyware

hey guys.. i really need your help, i think i got infected with sypware, there is a big red X on my taskbas and whenever i open my internet explorer the windows keeps saying "warning your computer has been infected with spyware" and my computer does not open any website or programs right now im running it in safe mode.. if you guys can help me out .. ill be really greatfull to you thanks

i have ran Mcafee but not sucess

have you tried (or can you even) download the new AVG 8.0? It has a virus-checker and spyware-checker in one program
