    Hello

When the Windows Xp tries to load the blue screen appears stating the follwoing

"Stop: C000021 a {Fatal system error} The session manager initialization system process lterminated unexpectadly with the status of 0 X c0000022 (0 X 00000000 X 0 X 00000000) the system has to be shut down"

When we try to repair it, it asks for a password for the c/: however I do not know the password.

How can I recover the password so I can repair it

    Thanks

If you don't have any data which you need or want to preserve, then simple re-installation is a much better option.

Try starting Windows in safe mode so you can copy and save your data.

You can try placing your hard drive in an external USB enclosure and use another PC to recover data, if possible. Once the data is recovered you can try to reinstall Windows on the original hard drive in the original PC.
