Computer Issue

Unfortunately, someone else logged into my computer.
And since that guy touched it, it was massively infected.

I removed about 46 detected objects with Malwarebytes, a "Trojan.Vundo" was detected by Symantec, file: A0085625.dll

And whatever application I try to run, I will get this message first before the actual application runs:

But the application DOES run.

Does anyone have any idea what this is? I couldn't find anything on tufogami.dll
