Computer just randomly restarts, please read/help

Ok i'm a new member to this site, and i would like to say you guys are doing a great job with advice and solutions.

On that note, i'd like to ask for some help.
My computer has been randomly restarting for the last few days, and this is also not the first time that it has happened. I'm not too smart with computers so i'm not sure where to look, but i know enough to do what i'm told to do.

I took a screenshot of the error i get everytime my computer just restarts, not sure if this will be any help. ALSO i get the BSOD too.

EDIT: I cannot post screenshot because the file is too big.

Anyway i appreciate all the help in advance.

there are several reasons for this...

In the past, i have had this problem and it was due to a USB Device constantly shorting out and therefore forcing the computer to restart when the device was active.

Another problem will be virus (virus called sasser was known to do this).

Finally, last cause could be Device Drivers conflicting with your system, try booting into Safe Mode.

It may also be overheating.When was the last time you opened it up to have a look inside?
