Computer keeps crashing whenever using Photoshop

  1. Hey guys,

    My computer keeps on crashing whenever I'm running Photoshop in the Event Viewer it saids the following:

    Error code 00008086, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 00000000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.

    Source: System Error

    Category: (102)

    Event ID: 1003

    Here is my system specs:

    Windows XP Professional 2002
    Service Pack 3
    Dell Computer

    Intel(R)
    Pentium 4 CPU 2.80GHz
    2.79 GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM

    Hi,

    These seem to be the errors

    Code:
    CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT:  1
    
    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID:  DRIVER_FAULT
    
    MODULE_NAME: iaStor
    
    IMAGE_NAME:  iaStor.sys
    Another user on the net found it was corrupted so try doing sfc /scannow and checking for any problems

    I know its from dell but see if This helps at all

    Thanks bro I got it fixed I just did what the dell post said on the 2nd part and my comp doesn't crash anymore :)
