Computer keeps rebooting -- blue screen -- serious error

Hello,

I would be grateful for some assistance.

Recently my computer has been restarting itself at times. I get the blue screen for a few seconds before this.

I have attached come minidumps, and would be grateful for any help.

do you have a program called Trusteer Rapport installed? Also, a Creative sound diver is being flagged. What antivirus program are you using? Have you scanned the computer recently?

I do have a program called trusteer rapport installed.

I'm using Norton antivirus. Ive been scanning every other day since I first got the blue screen, nothing but a few tracking cookies come up.

Any idea about what I should do?

The minidumps suggest that there are program conflicts causing the BSOD's. When Norton is included, it is the first program you should remove. So remove Norton and download and install Microsoft Security Essentials:

See if doing this stops the BSOD's

Okay Norton and Creative are gone, but Rapport remains in the minidumps. Check for an update to the program or delete it and re-install it. Is Windows fully updated?
