Computer keeps reboting after Windows XP loading screen

  1. while im using my computer something goes wrong into my keyboard some of it's keys automatically press, i unplug my keyboard but still working & it seems that it continue on random pressing.. i dont know what's happening so i plug my keyboard back & i press anything then my pc hung so i restart it then i get stacked with this

    Probably malware. Can you start in safe mode, press F8 on starting the PC

    This is a Spanish site. When I put this string in a Google search:
    esdebian.org/u24749/Windows-XP-splash-screen.jpg
    I get Spanish for 'page not found.'

    Try doing this:
    Go to the Control Panel> Display> Desktop tab> Customize Desktop> Web Tab> Delete any content in the Web Page box except your home page> OK> Apply> OK.

    Reboot.

    See if that handles it.

    Edit: I forgot to add: Check 'Lock desktop Item.'
