I am back with more tales of woe!!
I recently installed a new vidcard in an old computer.The card is a GeF 5500oc,the computer is a P3-667 with an Asus P3V4X via 133 chipset.The system is unstable at times.Locking up in screen-saver mode,occasionly rebooting to the Microsoft Windows 98 title screen.Also when trying to load a game(Diablo)
I occasionly get a black screen with a symbol in the top left corner.
FIrst #,then changes to $,and then %
But,on the occassions that the games load--they play smoothly with good fps!!
