Computer mouse lagging, zhotkey error on startup and slow load

The internet is slow. My computer has been lagging slow on Startup when it's supposed to be going faster than this. When i defragment with defraggler or while im opening items the mouse will also lag a bit. When the computer is turned on and started up the zhotkey error shows up. I have scanned the computer and done the necessary steps and i've even cleaned the dust out of my computer when there wasn't much in it even. I need help and its frustrating so... Here are my logs!
