    My Father's PC Seems to have a problem with its Power It will Slightly turn on then off. The PC Monitor also does not Get a signal From The Desktop.

    not sure how it turns slightly on. but your power supply may be bad. thats the cheapest fix. the motherboard will be the worst case scenerio.
