Computer Restarts at Boot

This Computer i have restarts at boot (when the xp logo apears and shows the loading bar at the bottom)

At First i thought it was a virus of some sort so i formated the drive(twice) lol but it still restarted

Now im conviced its a hardware problem... any ideas on what it might be?

Sry i should have been more detailed.... When i formated the computer it never got to the install section. If you remember after you format your drive windows copys system files then restarts to start installation. well before installation the windows logo appears THEN it restarts... puke: :dead:
