I have an eMachine ET1641 series running Windows Vista. I don't know anything else since this is a friend's computer. The mobo fan psu fan dvd and hard drive are running. I get a quick flash of green on the keyboard but nothing else. I changed the cmos battery and I powered off, unplugged and pressed the power button to drain power and turned back on. Still no monitor, keyboard or mouse. HELP!
