Computer shutdown when I play certain games

Hello guys i need your help,my computer recently shuts down when i play games like need for speed,2 months ago it was all okay it never did that,and when i play fifa either 12 or 11 it doesn't shuttdown ..the full specs are:

cpu- AMD Athlon || triple core
Ram- 4gig
video card --gtx 430
power supply 450Watts
MOBO Asus M4A78LT-M

When did you last clean out the fans in the case?

Can you download HWMonitor and look at your temps please? Fire up the temp monitoring software, then the offending game, and play it for a few minutes while it records temperatures, then let us know what they are.

How old is the computer, and what make and model is the power supply?
Also, how old is the power supply?
