Computer shutdown

My friend has a Ei 302 System from PC World and everytime you boot it gets to the desktop and after about a minute reboots itself. I've done a system restore using both windows and it own (PC Angel) restore functions but to no avail. Ive checked the Bios and run CHKDSK and it's still doing it....

Google and get memtest and run it for atleast 7 passes on your friends pc.

But as soon as will start to run the computer restarts?

If you google it you will find that you put it onto a floppy and boot from that.

The problem you describe is sometimes caused by faulty ram. If memtest comes up with any errors at all then the ram will need to be replaced.
