Computer shuts down after 5 seconds

  1. We purchased recently the following components, the case was ordered earlier. After putting it together the computer will only run for 5 seconds and shut down.
The programs do not get loaded. We have a new power supply with 650 W
After we reassembled everything again the computer starts with the start button led off and the reset led on. It stays on, but nothing get's loaded.
The only way to shut the computer down is by pressing the start button. We do hear very slight beep coming from the hard drive.

I look forward to your answer,
