Computer won't boot after upgrading memory

  1. munkeegurl Newcomer, in training

    tried to upgrade RAM in Gateway 500S and it wouldn't boot, now even after putting old RAM back it still won't boot help! blank screen, nothing seems to be stuck in power saving mode but can't get out of that
