Well after my town had a power outage two Fridays ago, my main computer will not connect to the modem. Right now I'm using the crappy living room computer, which can connect to the internet.
Items I have
- Vista OS
- ISP Verizon
- Westell model F90-610015-06 Modem
- Linksys model NH1005 v2.2 Router
The first "myTcp.txt" is when my computer is connect to the modem directly. And the second is while the modem is connected to the router.
And when I try to "ipconfig /release" and "ipconfig /renew" I got the following message - "An error occurred while renewing interface Local Area Connection 2: unable to contact your DHCP server. Request has timed out."
Just tell me if I need to post any more information.
