Computer wont let me Format! Help Please~

My Ad-Ware program had told me spyware was on my computer, "do you want to delete?", yes, duh. I restarted my computer alittle bit after that to I turn on my computer with ALL my programs not working, none of the shortcuts knew where the programs were, and sometime even when i found it it still would not work =_=, so i Figured format, i needed it anyway. ( i think i deleted reg files, from what i know)

I put in my XP cd, pop up, click the install button, nothing happens T_T
so i made like 5 different types of boot disk... still when i restart the computer it doesn't even notice the floppy in.

I need some help please,Ii hope someone can help T_T.

Go into the BIOS and set it to boot from the CD. Then restart. You can just re-install windows and save all your data.

I did what you said, it said it was on, and all roms plus floppy drives should boot, none of my boots work but when i put in my OLD win 95 boot disk it worked but that did nothing T_T

Now, when i put in the boot disk, it says I/O error, i think is was =X

EDIT: I fixed the problem, thank you vegasgmc for the advice anyway.
