Confidence Online Lite Uninstall

This magical little symantec product somehow found its way on to one of our office computers. The problem is that it disables other software that might be considered dangerous. For example it shuts down VNC server which is one product that we do need for our remote administration needs. You would think that uninstalling it would be easy but it doesn't appear in the uninstall application list. Also if you exit it it will relaunch in a couple of minutes.

Any help getting rid of this would be appreciated.

if the program is part of norton then download the norton removal tool (i think you can download it from TS) and run it on the affected pc
