Hello, Im planning to buy a new VGA to my computer. Currently I have INNO3d 8500GT 512mb. Im an avid fan of Red Alert 3 and somehow I wanted to play it on ultra high settings, with my current VGA i can only play it on medium settings.

im planning to buy a 9500gt 1gb. Do you think it can handle the ultra high settings for RA3? and what is the difference when I use 9500gt 512mb?

obviously 9500gt 512mb is more cheaper than 9500gt 1gb. does the 512mb and 1gb counts? or should i go for 9500gt 512mb since it can handle the graphics just as i wanted it?

am really not good at this, hope you can give suggestions to me..

    thanks..

The extra ram is for a high resolution settings. That is if you actually have a monitor that's 22" or higher. It does help with the extra bells and whistles graphics wise.

The 9500GT is not a very great step up from the 8500GT. I would recommend the ATI Radeon HD 4670 instead. Much, much faster for about the same price.
