I get the connection has timed out error when ever i try to connect to only 1 website. i can access it through a proxy server. i have set up a static IP, change my routers MAC address all in an effort to fix it. I believe i tried multiple connections to the site at the same time and because of that i have been banned. does anyone know of a fix?

EDIT: i have also tried to connect to the website from other computers in the house and other browsers.. no luck.
