Constant BSOD physical memory dump

Hello,

I have been getting a lot of BSODs on startup in regarding to a physical memory dump. This began only once but over the last month since June 2011, my laptop has been experiencing more frequent physical memory dumps. I have RMA'ed two HDs to help resolve the problem but the issue is still here. It is getting more frequent. I have attached the mini-dumps. I hope you can help me out.

Thanks.

Running on a Windows 7 x 64 Lenovo L412 Intel i5 520 4 GB Ram.
