Constant BSOD

I was uninstalling a simulation game on my computer and had to restart at the end. When i did it said my computer shut down improperly and gave me two options: start normaly or fix problem. Well I picked fix problem and then it shutdown automatically. Now i have been getting the BSOD. At the top it says

Towards the bottom it shows

I have no idea what any of that is but I cant get passed this page. It wont even let me log-in in safe mode or anything else.

Any help would be welcome.

What version of Windows is installed? What are your complete system specs?

dont remember much

Its a gateway laptop
windows vista home premium
64bit

other than that i cant remember off the top of my head.

Its a couple of yrs old. probably lost most info on it that was paperwork

Are there any recovery options listed as the computer first starts?

there is LAUNCH STARTUP REPAIR or RUN NORMALY.

I have tried both and they both go to the blue screen and say the same thing

Okay,
Looks like you will have to format the hard drive and re-install Windows fresh
