My first bsod started when I upgraded from xp to win7.on xp there was not a single bsod.so I think that there is some problem with win7

It looks like a severe memory issue. What are the computers specs? Things like make and model? How much memory is installed?

So test the memory using Memtest86

I tried to run memtest 3 times but every time after 5% completion, there is error "unexpected interrupt-Halting" and screen freezes there

You may have a bad memory stick. if you have more than one memory module test one at a time, until you find the bad one
