Coollaboratory Liquid MetalPad Thermal Interface CPU Pad

Has anyone used this thermal pad:

This will be my first time replacing my thermal pad on my AMD Athlon CPU and I would like to use a thermal pad. I do NOT want to use thermal past, so please comment only on pads.

What would be a good thermal pad to use for the first time? I thought someone recommended 3M pads?

I have one for my AMD system that I upgraded a year ago. Temps are pretty decent about 1-2 degree difference from arctic silver.
