Copying CD to CD

This is my first time on board. I selected orange, because I couldn't proceed without making a selection. I also selected "Text" plain, I just took a shot to be able to continue. I don't know what the colors mean or the type of text means. I guess that gives you a pretty good idea of how knowledgeable I am on the computor. If someone would explain the color and text, I would certainly appreciate it.
Win XP I have two slots for CD's. I was told I could put a CD in one and copy it to the other slot. If this is so, can someone tell me how to accomplish this.

One of those optical drives should be a CD or DVD writer and you also need CD copying software installed to enable the CD copying task.

I never have to make a selection regarding color or text. I mean, you can if you want, but I use the default by simply typing in the box.
