    Hmm; I'm sure these are the FIXED ratings of the chip, not the ACTIVE usage.
    The Win/7 Task Manager->Performance->Resource Monitor clearly shows active usage.

    Try HWiNFO64, it reads ALL your sensors and is up-to-date on the latest chipsets and CPUs. It shows each core's speed, useage, and temps in real time and a whole lot more.
