Could this PC run Call of Duty 4?

I'm thinking of buying a new pc and I want to know if this will run cod 4. If so, at what settings?

Specs: HP m9300t series
Windows Vista
Intel Q6600 Quad Processor (2.4ghz)
3 GB RAM
256mb Nvidia GeForce 9300 (I'll probably upgrade the video)

cod4 isn't as demanding as you would think

It wrked OK with me using a 6200 nvidia card and a pentium 4. I cant undertsand why
