Could you tell me why this system's performance is low?

Hello. As the title says, I have a very low-performing system, and I wanna know if there's a way to sped it up...This system used to have an Intel motherboard where I ran IAA, and I don't ever remember the computer being this slow...

If you are running windows Xp perform the following steps, Should help you increase performance on your computer..

Click Start and then Run and type regedit


Application Hung Timeout value
HKEY_CURRENT_USER-Control Panel-Desktop
HungAppTimeout 1000

Grace time before killing apps on shutdown
HKEY_CURRENT_USER-Control PanelDesktop
WaitToKillAppTimeout=1000

HKEY_USERS-DEFAULT-Control Panel-Desktop
AutoEndTasks=1

HKEY_USERS-DEFAULT-Control Panel-Desktop
WaitToKillAppTimeout=1000

HKEY_USERS-DEFAULT-Control Panel-Desktop
HungAppTimeout = 1000

Speed up shutdown
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SYSTEM-CurrentControlSet-Control
WaitToKillServiceTimeout = 1000

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-SYSTEM-CurrentControlSet-Control-Session Manager-Memory Management-DisablePagingExecutive
changed to 1

Delete the Contents of the Prefetch Folder in Microsoft Windows XP
1. Click Start and then Run, The Run Window appears
2. Type %Windir%\prefetch, and click OK
3. Click Edit then Select Select All
4. Right-Click the highlighted items, & click Delete. The folders contents are deleted

I've done that already...I'm looking for any other reasons (like hardware) as to why this computer is so slow...I've included an Everest Report to see if anyone can find areas that could improve in performance...
