Counter Strike 1.6 weapon skins query

    Ok guys help me out here. I downloaded a couple of weapon skins for CS 1.6 but whenever I create a server, how come it doesn't download to the clients who connect? I mean, when u have a new map that they don't, it downloads onto their PC right? Isn't it the same with the skins? What should I do so they all can get the same skins I have without them having to go and download the skins one by one?
