  1. Hey guys, I am new to the forum, you may refer to me as Ankh.
I recently got CS:S because I wanted to play with my friend.
When i installed the game everything went perfectly fine, before I bought the game I met the requirements.

Minimum: 1.2 GHz Processor, 256MB RAM, DirectX 7 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP/ME/98, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection

Mine: 2.4 GHz Processor, 3060MB RAM, DirectX Version: 11, Windows Vista, Mouse,Keyboard, Internet connection.
My post count is too low to post a screenshot, all I can say is when I am holding the weapon, my hand spreads throughout the screen but it isnt blocking the whole screen, just some portions.

Is it because of my Pixel Shader? Or something else? please help :(

One possible discrepancy I observe is:
Minimum: DirectX 7 level graphics card
You say you have: DirectX version 11

DirectX version 11 is not a graphics card. What graphics card do you actually have? Perhaps it doesn't meet the minimum requirements or maybe your graphics driver is out of date.
