Counter Strike: Source keeps not responding

Jello there, I just recently put css on a new computer I'm using for now and every time I go into game within less than five min or so It freezes and I have to ctl alt del and end the program. But when I downloaded cs 1.6 and played it for a while it was working fine. What can my problem be?!

tis a tricky problem, I once had that happen to me with source, turned out my mobo was not compatible with my e6600? or thats what they said. Sure enough a new mobo fixed it. I hope you don't have a problem like that.

Bah, never mind I got it I just updated my nvidia thanks anyway for your help
