Cpu 100% randomly

  1. So my cpu goes to 100% alot but its not any one program, it jumps around. one minute its firefox then some svchosts... basically random programs. Iv already tried anti-virus and other programs and none work. Im running windows XP btw. hope this all helps

    Since you are posting in the Virus and Malware Removal forum, it would be best if you followed the guidelines HERE.

    You have used a program called "Your Anti-Hijack Program:"

    This is not HijackThis. Please use the download links in the steps thread. Suggest you uninstall this program, delete any Cookies and temp files. It's important to be very careful when downloading programs- especially this type of program.> delete this log- it's useless.


    A better option for you to start is to open the Task Manager and note the processes that have CPU usage. Identify those processes and start there.
