CPU Initi - Crosshair mobo

well this is the second time iv had trouble with this mobo first time i had to send it in to get its bios flashed updated and had to wait 1 month to get it back. anyways y prob now is the debug code CPU Init. and i have called them 2 times and get the same thing. rig : 700watt power supply, amd athlon 6400+ X2,8800 gtx, 4 gigs G.Skill ram ddr2 800. iv tried unpluging everything and trying on stick of ram in eatch slot and resting the comos and even going out and buying new diff ram Kingston ddr2 and still nothing. the lights dont trun on and the fans dont spin the only thing that turns on is the led lights on the mobo. and the lights is green on the board. its a brand new rig. i just about to order a diff mobo b/c this is just way to much!

May be you just have to, cus I heard nothing but complains about that board.

well is that the only thing i can do? or can some computer tech store (ex Geek Squad) help at all??
