SpeedFan is a free program that tells you your CPU temp, Motherboard temp, fan speeds, and harddrive temps.

There's been a LOT of discussion on this board about program inaccuracies, and i was given a lead to INTEL DESK UTILITY,a freebie on the Intel site. Works fine fot me! You can find URL in overclocking/different temps. LOL DJ

Yeah the thing about programs is that none of them are exactly the best. Different programs read temperatures from the censor differently from computer to computer. I would look threw a few of them and find the one your most comfortable with, maybe one with more experience for Intel's processors. I'm using PC probe 2 and It seems to be working just fine. If your motherboard CD came with a temperature monitor or if you can download it of their website I would try that out first.
