Im new to pc upgrading :)
Just wanna check if the cpu I going to purchase is compatible with the motherboard i currently have.
The cpu i planning to purchase is this: Athlon 64 3200+, 1600MHz Bus, Socket 754 Processor.
But my motherboard type this: (yes its 2 years old :S )

Your current motherboard is for a Socket-A CPU (Athlon & Duron) so no, it will not work.

You can get a MSI K8N Neo (nForce 3 250Gb) which works very well & is loaded with features.
